THE DUAL -MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
This programme aims to establish a buddy system pairing tech-savvy early-career professionals with more experienced colleagues who have substantial work experience but are less familiar with rapid AI advancements.

The goal is mutual learning: novices gain practical guidance and confidence with new technologies, while veterans share seasoned insights and professional wisdom.

The project works to directly contribute to our KPI (the AI adoption gap), promoting efficient and ethical AI use for older professionals and utilising AI to grant opportunities.

Time Dedication;
The Dual Mentorship Program runs for six months with one-hour meetings every two weeks. During onboarding you’ll complete a one-hour training session, then receive regular check-ins from Good AI throughout the program.
