Valeria Piaggio
President & Director
Valeria is a global leader advancing a future where technology is designed so everyone can belong. An immigrant from Argentina, her perspective is shaped by cross-cultural experience and adaptation, and by a deep belief that progress is only meaningful when it is shared. Valeria leads work at the intersection of AI, culture, and inclusion, focusing on how systems can reduce harm rather than deepen inequality. She also serves as Global Head for Inclusive Growth at Kantar, where she has spent more than a decade leading thought leadership, frameworks, and consulting initiatives to advance inclusive, measurable impact, including the global development of the award‑winning Brand Inclusion Index.
An educator and sought-after international speaker, Valeria teaches and speaks globally on cultural competence, inclusive systems, and responsible AI, including at the University of Chicago. She is known for translating complexity into action and helping organizations turn values into lasting change.

Mary Go
Board Director
Mary is Principal and Founder of Go Forward Insights. Mary is a Financial Coach. She simplifies and demystifies financial matters to encourage individuals to take financial control of their lives. She provides independent, custom, analysis and feedback on confidential personal finance situations. Mary is particularly interested in helping women advocate for themselves financially. Prior to starting her company, Mary worked in Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions at Walgreens. Mary holds an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and has recently served on the Board of Directors at the Union League Club of Chicago.

Jimena Catarivas
Board Director
Jimena is the Chief Learning Officer at the Executive Club of Chicago. Jimena is dedicated to creating innovative programs that help leaders grow and improve team performance. With over 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising, Jimena has held key roles such as General Manager at ImpreMedia | La Raza Newspaper and managed community partnerships at Univision Chicago. Jimena served on the Board of Directors of The Young Center for Immigrant Children's Rights from 2019 to 2023. Jimena also served on the board of the National Association of Hispanic Publications (NAHP) from 2012 to 2014 and on the board of the Chicago Arts Orchestra from 2012 to 2016. Jimena holds a Master's in Education from Loyola University.

Laura Troncoso
Board Director
Laura is a distinguished sociologist renowned for her extensive contributions to social impact initiatives. After a long career in the finance industry, she shifted her focus to various causes, including asylum seekers, refugees in detention centers, orphans, and education for low-income children, as well as other marginalized and vulnerable populations. Laura's expertise extends to fundraising and managing social enterprises, where she has successfully spearheaded numerous projects aimed at improving the lives of those in need. Her dedication to social justice and her unwavering commitment to making a positive difference are evident in every aspect of her work. In addition, Laura is a wellness coach, a constellations therapist, and an entrepreneur.

Jack Filippelli
Treasurer
Jack is Treasurer of Good AI NFP. He is an Honors student of Finance and Economics at Loyola University Chicago, with hands-on experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and portfolio oversight. Jack has worked across equity research, macroeconomic analysis, and corporate finance through roles with the Rambler Investment Fund, CVS Health, Cabrera Capital Markets, and Kirkland & Ellis. He supports Good AI NFP with disciplined financial stewardship and a strong commitment to transparency and sustainability.

Emilia Bridger
Board Secretary
Emilia is Secretary of Good Ai NFP and Programs and Operations Manager. A Politics and International Relations student at the University of Bath. With an Argentine-Brazilian heritage and an international upbringing, Emilia has lived in six countries—Brazil, Singapore, China, Thailand, Malaysia, and the UK—allowing her to cultivate a deep understanding of diverse cultures. Her academic focus on international development and public policy, coupled with her rich cultural experiences, drives her passion for working in purpose-driven, international environments. Emilia is passionate about having a positive social impact and eager to learn about new ways of doing so.

Amelia Oberholzer
Environmental Lead
Amelia is an expert in responsible AI and environmental sustainability at Good AI. She holds an MSc in Climate Change, Management, and Finance from Imperial College Business School, with additional training in data analytics and public policy. Amelia has worked across sustainability strategy, technology innovation, and climate-focused venture building, including roles at Carbon13 and Kantar’s Sustainable Transformation Practice. Her work focuses on ensuring that emerging technologies, including AI, are developed and deployed in ways that support environmental resilience, ethical innovation, and long-term societal value.

Juana Vanoni Iglesias
People & Culture Coordinator
Juana serves as the primary bridge between our mission and the community of people who power it. As our People & Culture Coordinator, she is responsible for welcoming new voices into our community, managing the recruitment of interns and volunteers, and stewarding our Dual Mentorship Program. Juana ensures that every individual who joins Good Ai NFP experiences our commitment to “humanity in the loop” firsthand. Currently pursuing her degree in Labor Relations at the University of Buenos Aires, Juana’s work is rooted in the belief that organizational culture is built on empathy, clear communication, and shared purpose. She is dedicated to ensuring that as we advocate for ethical AI, our own internal growth remains grounded in human-centric values. Based in Buenos Aires, Juana brings a people-first spirit to our organization. Whether she is onboarding a new volunteer or coordinating a mentorship pairing, her focus is on building a supportive environment where every contributor feels seen, valued, and empowered to help close the digital inclusion gap.

Pablo Luzzi
Communications Manager
Pablo is passionate about building brands and crafting engaging stories that drive business growth. With over 20 years in advertising, he has served as a Creative Director at top agencies, including Leo Burnett and Havas, developing omni-channel campaigns for a wide range of brands across industries. In his new role as an AI Creative Specialist, he brings his extensive advertising experience to the generative frontier. His approach balances creative innovation with a rigorous compliance framework, ensuring clients’ operations scale safely, ethically, and predictably.
