About Good AI NFP

Good AI is a nonprofit dedicated to closing the AI inclusion gap and ensuring artificial intelligence is used for the good of humanity. We believe in empowering people, amplifying their purpose, and helping them use AI with a positive, human-centered approach. Our mission is to build a community of learners, mentors, and experts who can help each other thrive in the age of AI.


The Role

Do you have a story to tell about AI? We are looking for passionate creatives to produce original works for the Human Intelligence content hub. This is a perfect opportunity to share your perspective, develop your creative voice, and contribute to an inclusive, mission-driven platform.

While this is a volunteer (unpaid) position, it is an excellent way to build your portfolio and contribute to a meaningful cause.


What You Will Do

You will produce original, inclusive creative works centered on the Good AI mission. This includes:

  • Creating content in any format that inspires you — journal articles, opinion pieces, blog posts, videos, artwork, poetry, or anything else you feel represents the responsible AI conversation.

  • Ensuring all works are inclusive, thoughtful, and aligned with Good AI's values and mission.

  • Collaborating with the Human Intelligence Content Manager to refine and publish your work.


What We Are Looking For

  • A passion for the arts, storytelling, and the future of AI is a must.

  • An interest in responsible and ethical AI and a commitment to producing inclusive content.

  • No specific prior experience is required — creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to engage are what matter most.


Commitment

  • Submission of one or more pieces on responsible and ethical AI topics.

  • Flexible — you set your own pace in line with agreed submission timelines.


What You Will Gain

  • Career Development: Build a professional portfolio of published podcast episodes. We also provide references and potential pathways into placements, internships or paid roles.

  • Networking: Connect with industry experts, peers, and board advisors.

  • Practical AI Skills and Upskilling: Gain hands-on experience using AI tools through workshops, projects and guided exercises. As well as training certification in AI to add to your professional profile.  

  • Contribution to social impact and ethics in AI: Work on initiatives that shape responsible AI practices and help disadvantaged communities benefit from AI. Be part of a movement with tangible societal impact.
