About Good AI NFP 

Good AI is a nonprofit dedicated to closing the AI inclusion gap and ensuring artificial intelligence is used for the good of humanity. We believe in empowering people, amplifying their purpose, and helping them use AI with a positive, human-centered approach. Our mission is to build a community of learners, mentors, and experts who can help each other thrive in the age of AI.


The Role

Are you a natural leader with a passion for organisation? We are looking for a passionate volunteer to take a central role in driving our key programs forward. As part of an international, mission-driven team, this is a perfect opportunity to push your career development in project management and nonprofit operations.

While this is a volunteer (unpaid) position, it offers the opportunity to build a portfolio of successful, high-impact projects.


What You Will Do

You will be the driving force behind our key programs, transforming our vision into reality. This includes:

  • Creating project timelines and ensuring every initiative is delivered on time and on target.

  • Assigning tasks to our volunteer teams across workstreams, from our dual mentorship programme to our podcast series.

  • Ensuring all projects run smoothly by acting as the central hub for communication and coordination.


What We Are Looking For

  • Strong project management, organisation, and communication skills are required.

  • A passion for responsible AI practices and value-driven, mission-led work is a must.

  • Some experience in nonprofit management, team coordination, or program development is recommended.


Commitment

  • 5–10 hours per week, with a commitment to a multi-month project cycle.

  • A consistent schedule to meet programme milestones and deadlines.
